She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Johnson and A. V. Johnson (Marron); her husband Stephen S. Ball, Jr.; her brothers, Carl, John "Boots" and Harold Johnson; and her daughter Ruth Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Ball (Flo), D. Patrick Ball (Judy) and Charles. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
