He is survived by: his father Paul Richey; his wife Rebecca Richey; his siblings, Paula Padgett (Bob), Pam Price (Richard) and Pat Richey (Sue); his sons, Paul III, David Henry, Greg Richey and Jeffrey Ryan Lowe; his grandchildren, Elizabeth June, Jesi Ryan Lowe, Brendon and Ronnie Richey; his close friends, Jarome Hawker, Margaret Benefield and Randy Wright; and also Sabrina Lowe. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
