He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Baxendale Sr. and Viola Crume Baxendale; his son Paul Baxendale III; his sister Evalinda Baxendale; and his parents-in-law, Jim and Della Hux.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Hux; his daughters, Stephanie Lynn Rigsby of Clinton and Erin Elizabeth Watts (Shane) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Ashley Sue Weil (Jon) of Clinton, Sydnee Nicole Watts (Graham) of Frankfort, KY and Paul K. Baxendale IV of Clinton; his great grandchildren, Addalee Elaine Weil of Clinton, Addy and Lily Watts of Frankfort, KY.; and his sister Pauletta Ruth Baxendale of Clinton.
