He was predeceased by: his father Leo Bumgarner. He is survived by: his mother Deanna Bumgarner (Engle) of Uniondale, IN; his sons, Chad Jenkins (Lindsey) of Uniondale, IN and Ben Jenkins (Jordann) of Ossian, IN; his siblings, Chris Fox (Pat), Dawn Neuenschwander (Lee), Bruce Bumgarner (Kim), Mike Jenkins (Courtney) and Stan Jenkins (Tonnie); and his pet Lily. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
