She is survived by: her parents, Richard Shafer (Becky) and Linda Shafer (Finney); her husband Gary Zickafoose; her children, Richard Allen Zickafoose of Uniondale, IN, Ashley Lynnell Davidson (Ryan) of Ossian, IN and Heather Lee-Ann Zickafoose; her siblings, Bret Shafer (Jeannie) of Dublin, OH, Wendi Dombroski of Loveland, OH and Sheri James (Brian) of Markle, IN; and her grandchildren, Riley Benson, Lucas Davidson and Declan Davidson.
