He is survived by: his wife Sharon Pozil; his children, Daniel Weaver (Cindy) of Lebanon, BethAnn Padget (Kevin) of Terre Haute and Jason Weaver (Emily) of LaPorte; his sister Kathy Jackson (Larry) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Jessica, Jenna, Jaycee, Gabrielle, Gregory, Shane, Brody and Damon; his stepgrandson Ben; and his sisters-in-law, Leotta and Mary Weaver.
