He is survived by: his spouse Clara Kraus; his children, Joe Hughes (Debra) of Hamlet, Pat Mandeville (Jim) of La Porte and Terry Hughes (Sandra) of St. John; his grandchildren, Sherry, Jeremy, Jennifer, Joshua, Joy and Amy; and his siblings, Louise Wheaton of La Porte, Juanita Glen (Bill) of Kingsford Heights, Charles Hughes (Margaret) of La Porte and Herman Hughes (Lila) of Naples, FL. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 1 great, great-grandchild.
