It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Clyde Nilson of Union Mills, Indiana, born in La Porte, Indiana, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Maux and Winifred Dorothy Marie Nilson (Hazeltine); and his siblings, Warren, Wesley Nilson and Julieanne Nilson.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Lorraine Nix (Ken) of La Porte and Leif Edward Nilson of Union Mills; his grandsons, Kyle Edward Nix of Mishawaka and Conner Wesley Nix of La Porte; and his sister Winifred Landis of Lafayette. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
