She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Ferguson and Sarah Ferguson; her son Keith Childress; her siblings, Charlie, James, Roy Ferguson and Betty Christian; her parents-in-law, Bill Childress and Margie Childress; her brother-in-law Bill Childress, Jr.; and her close friend Theresa Bernacki.

She is survived by: her children, Keshia Childress of Rolling Prairie and Kevin Childress of Rolling Prairie; her stepson Jason Childress of Fort Myers, FL; and her grandchildren, Landen Carriveau of Rolling Prairie and Payten Bulger of Rolling Prairie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
