She is survived by: her children, Freddie Ames, Jr. (Alice) of La Porte, Stephen Ames Sr. (April) of La Porte, Dwight Ames (Jody) of Union Mills, Patrick Ames (Patricia) of Davenport, Florida and Karen Mullins II (Johnny) of La Porte, Indiana; her grandchildren, Freddie Ames III, Matthew Ames (Randi), Karen Ames, Tamara Bitencourt (Ronaldo), Mike Ennis (Ashley), Laura Nguyen (Vincent), Kristen Suter (Joseph), Stephen Ames Jr. (Brittany), Sarah O'Brien (Eric), Ryan Boyce (Carrie), Emily Raya (Josue), Kyle Ames and Renee Wilson (Zachary); her great grandchildren, Bruno, Lorenzo, Lucas, Chloe, Julia Bitencourt, Addison, Haylie, Vanessa, Weston, Grant, Connor Ames, Coleson Smith, Isaac, Noah Suter, Harper, Natalie Boyce, Alvin Raya, Aiden and Elias Nguyen; and her brother Alvin Eugene Koontz.
