Andrew N. Mixis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2023, at the age of 63, Andrew N. Mixis of Union Mills, Indiana, born in Gary, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Spiro Mixis and Katherine Mixis (Patellis); and his brother George Mixis. He is survived by: his siblings, John Mixis of Pleasant Lake, Steven Mixis of Union Mills, Arthur Mixis (Debra) of Kalamazoo and Evangeline Schmeltz of Haines City, Florida.; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Schmeltz Phelps, Richard Schmeltz, Christopher Mixis, Andrea Mixis McGinnis, Patrick Mixis and Emily Mixis.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Union Mills/ Mill Pond Conservation Club.
