She is survived by: her parents, Madison Clemons of Union City and Brandon Hartman of Union City, Ohio.; her siblings, Kensley Clemons and Mikkel Hartman; her grandparents, Tammy Clemons of Union City and Dave Clemons (Michelle) of Muncie, Indiana; her great-grandparent Larry (Flora); her aunts and uncles, Kerstin Brown (Morgan Rees) of Union City, Indiana, Megan Luster (Stetson) of Union City, Indiana, Abigail Clemons of Union City, Indiana and Chad Clemons (Betsy) of Union City, Indiana; and her cousin Dakota Lombardo.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Wildﬂower Foundation.
