Dale F. Conklin Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale F. Conklin (Union City, Indiana), who passed away on December 6, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Conklin and Hazel Conklin (Stewart); his wife Velma Thornburg Conklin; and his siblings, Paul, Donald, Leon, Lowell Conklin, Doris Goddard, Barbara Worthen, Juanita Bixler and Mary Conklin.

He is survived by: his children, Shelba Pollic (Gene) of Pensacola, FL, Cheryl Reiss of Tupelo, MS, Karen Rodgers (Kevin) of Brownsburg, IN, Kevin Conklin (Diane) of Union City, OH and Bryan Conklin (Peachie) of Union City, IN; and his siblings, Marjorie Michael of Greenville, OH, Jeanette Cline of Sylvania, OH, Elvin Conklin of Mesa, AZ and Harold Conklin of Vandalia, OH. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Dale's name to the Randolph County Heroes Fund at the Community Foundation of Randolph County, Inc. at 120 W. Washington Street, Winchester, IN 47394.
