She was predeceased by: her son Jason Scott Bramer. She is survived by: her husband Richard Bramer; her children, Steven Ray Heath of Underwood, Indiana and Tabbatha Gayle Heath of Pekin, Indiana; her parents, John F. Collins and Gayle Collins of Underwood, Indiana; her brothers, John Cortie (Alana) of Sellersburg, Darrell Wynn (Christy) of Crothersville and Jerry Wynn of Louisville; and her grandchildren, Lydia Rose Heath and Jadyn Wayne Bramer.
Memorial contributions may be given to Collins Funeral Home to help with the final expenses.
