It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Witcher of Underwood, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 10, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Wiggins and Mallie Wiggins (Moxley); her husband Dewey Wilburn "Pop"; her daughter Brenda Ann Miller; and her siblings, John, Raymond, Curtis, Paul, Bill (Robert Wiggins) and Ethel Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Shaw-Seadler of Henryville, Shirley Koetter (Rick) of Borden, Indiana and Thomas Edward Witcher of Sellersburg, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Ronnie, Wende, Steven, Shana, Courtney, Lisa, Missy, Shane and Brandon. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Sodom Cemetery Association c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
