He is survived by: his children, Hank Harvey and Melissa Jane Harvey; his grandchildren, Michael, Marshall Richardson and Chesney Allen; his siblings, Marcus Harvey, Johnnie Harvey, Donnie Harvey and Margaret Harvey; his wife Riva Harvey; his children, Paul Harvey, William (Tambra), Melinda Baston (Thomas), Ruby Pruett (Curtis) and Elizabeth Hammond; and his siblings, Dennis Harvey (Lisa), Neida Flint (Charlie) and Peggy Bryant (Junior). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 4 great great granchildren.
