He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Lee Looney; and his significant other Patricia Jean Phipps. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda K. Browder of Underwood, IN, Gloria Leach (John) of Jeffersonville, IN, Janet Looney of Scottsburg, IN, Paula Dreyer of Underwood, IN, Debbie Jo Kleehammer of Underwood, IN and Staci Montgomery (Jeff) of Underwood, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and was blessed with many friends.
