He is survived by: his wife Barbara Taylor (Cox) of Underwood; his children, John Michael Taylor II (Hannah) of Scottsburg, Indiana., Tracy Taylor Hutton (Lyndal) of Underwood, Nickcole Taylor Shultz (Scott) of Greenfield and Brandy Overbey (Dylan) of Underwood, Indiana.; his sisters, Patty Beard of Underwood, Judy Whobrey (Robert) of Underwood and Adrian Smallwood of Underwood, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Bethaney Sturgeon, Justin Meyer, Kyleigh Adams, Megan Roberts, Bronlyn Hutton, John Michael Taylor III, Grace Taylor, Maddox Overbey and Dexter Overbey; and his great grandchildren, Kinley Sturgeon, Dylan Lucas and Lilith Lucas.
