J. and Earl James Smith (Paxton Hall) of Scottsburg, IN; and his aunts and uncles, Lisa Faye Smith, Lisa Ann Richey, Sherry Hurt, Tracy Hurt, Marge Blythe, Arliss Blythe, Earl Smith Jr., Robert Richey and Tony Hurt. He is also survived by several step-siblings, cousins.
