He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Hecker Sr. and Sue Paris Armstrong; and his stepbrother David Armstrong. He is survived by: his son Martin "Luke" Hecker III (Adriana); his brothers, Gary Hecker (Tina) and Kevin Armstrong; his grandchildren, Hartley, Harrison and Haven Hecker; his nephews, Zachary Armstrong, Michael and Matthew McCullough; and his stepsiblings, Rob Coffey, Deborah Hoover, Terry Jean Amick, Don Coffey, James Armstrong Jr. and Terry Jo Armstrong.
