She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie T. Adams and Mabel Adams (Wells); and her brother Gary T. Adams. She is survived by: her husband Stephen L. Campbell; her children, David C. Tanner (Susan) of Jeffersontown, Kentucky, Dana Kaye Irish (Rusty) of Henryville, Chrystal Ann Wagner (Douglas "Flash") of Indianapolis and Kelly Dawn Lutz (Russ) of Greenwood, Indiana; her sister Susan M. Noland (Gary) of Stanford; and her sister-in-law Dee Adams of LaGrange, Kentucky. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
