He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Blay and Gwelda Blay (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Lynn Blay (Spencer) of Underwood, IN; his daughter Brandie Blay; his grandsons, Kirk Smith of Henryville, IN and Kevin Smith of Henryville, IN; and his brother Steve Blay (Lisa) of Arizona.
