She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne Witten of Underwood, Indiana; and her siblings, Jerry Gay of Indianapolis, Roy Gay of Dupont, Indiana, Kathy Gay of Newport News, Virginia and Bennie Sue Smith of Austin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
