He is survived by: his wife Lois York (Middleton) of Underwood, IN; and his siblings, Yvonne Campbell (Joe) of Jeffersonville, IN, Sheila Dean of New Albany, IN, Pat York (Liz) of Charlestown, IN and Jim York of Charlestown, IN. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
