It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caitlin A. Whitis Delceppo of Underwood, Indiana, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on November 16, 2024, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Caitlin departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Caitlin. Though Caitlin may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Delceppo; her daughter Aubri Lynn Delceppo of Underwood, IN; her parents, Jeffery L. Whitis and Ginger L. Whitis (Sper) of Underwood, IN; her siblings, Zachary R. Whitis (Casey) of New Albany, IN and Megan L. Whitis of Underwood, IN; and her grandmother Glenna Sper of Hamilton, OH..
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory (209 S Ferguson St, Henryville, IN 47126). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Clark Chapel Cemetery/New Chapel.
