She is survived by: her spouse Dickie Middleton Sr.; her children, Dick Middleton (Rita) of Bucyrus, OH, Mose Middleton (Debb) of Lucerne, Jerry Middleton (Geraldine) of Denver, IN, Bobby G. Middleton of Twelve Mile and Mona Lambert (Harold) of Nevada, OH; and her brother Tom Noe (Eva Mae) of Clarks Hill, IN.
