He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Wayne and Alma Lavonne Snell Hoover; his brothers, Sam Hoover and Ross Alan Hoover; and his sister-in-law Roberta Hoover.
He is survived by: his wife Karon Kay Hoover of Twelve Mile; his sons, Doug Hoover (Mel) of Kewanna and Darryl Hoover (Val) of Twelve Mile; his grandchildren, Kegan Hoover (Tori) of Indianapolis, Monica Davis (Carl) of Metea, Kendall Meyer (Chris) of Boston, Trevor Hoover of Carmel, Haley Hoover and Hanna Hoover; his stepgrandchildren, Adam Berry (Ashly) of Logansport, Hali Berry (Allen Ingram) and Westfield; his great grandchildren, Ben Hoover, Addison Davis and Rosalie Hoover; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gigi, Rowan and Lynnly Berry; his sister Rosalee Ratliff of Lizton; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Hoover of Wisconsin and Mary Hoover of Plymouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
