He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Musselman and Lucy Arvilla Musselman (Miller). He is survived by: his daughters, Kandy Scruggs Bockover (William) of Rochester and Kristi Musselman of Rochester; his brothers, Donald Musselman of Logansport, Roger Musselman (Donna) of Twelve Mile and Dallas Musselman (Jill) of Twelve Mile; his grandchildren, Kyle Dell of Walkerton, Paul Scruggs of Logansport, Kevyn Dell of Winamac, Colton Scruggs of Rochester and Keith Dell of Winamac; and his great grandchild Rockne Scruggs.
