He is survived by: his friends, Brian Moss, Geary Manuel, Brian Hartley, Larry Tabler, Mike and Dee McKinley; his wife Connie Brown; his children, John Brown, Jr., Nonie Frye (Dennis), Brian Brown and Logan Newby (Rusty); his grandchildren, Austin, Christopher, Shawn, Hank, Megan, Ben, Britny, Caleigh, Cateline, Kamryn and Payton; his great grandchildren, Leo and Colt; his pet Missy; and his sisters, Sharon Craig (Don), Macy, Teresa Bruce (Brian), Bonnie Burns (Mike) and Christie Howard (Tim).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cause for Paws, Logansport, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
