He is survived by: his wife Norma Howard; his children, Suzie Jones (Otis), Lotressa McVicker, Nora Ehlinger (Dan), Julie Miller (James), Bobby Howard of Ocala, FL and Rocky Howard of Jackson, KY; and his sister Stella Day. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
