He is survived by: his siblings, Dick Middleton Jr. (Rita) of Bucyrus, OH, Mose Middleton (Debb) of Lucerne, Jerry Middleton (Geraldine) of Denver, IN and Mona Lambert (Harold) of Nevada, OH.
