He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Greene and Rose F. Greene (Azzurella); and his children, Diane Lynn Greene and William A. Greene Jr.. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Simpson Greene; his daughters, Pam Mallon (Tim), Linda Novak (Steve), Debbie Miller (Rick) and Kim Brown (Tony); and his wife Barb. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Due to COVID Restrictions a mask must be worn during the viewing and mass at the church.

Memorials may be made to Queen of All Saints Church, Share Foundation for the Handicapped or the Michigan City Service League.
