He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Howe and Liesel Howe (Kraus); his son Glen-Ian Howe; and his sister Tina Hunt. He is survived by: his children, Maureen Henn of Citrus Springs, FL, Bonnie Bell of Michigan City, IN and Thomas C. Howe of Washington, DC; his grandchildren, Marie, Layla, Joseph, Aaron and Charley; his great grandchildren, James and Lillianna; and his siblings, Eva Cooney of Noblesville, IN, Richard Howe (Julie) of Hayward, WI. and Harry Howe (Barb) of Hayward, WI..
