She is survived by: her son Todd Polita (Jody) of Trail Creek, IN; her granddaughter Danielle Blattner (Tyson) of Overland Park, KS; her great grandchildren, Dax and Bodie Blattner; and her siblings, Diane Sweney (Rick) of Long Beach, IN, Janet Bergeron, Jack Povlock of Trail Creek, IN, LaMonte Povlock of California, Daniel Povlock of The Pines, IN and Stephen Povlock (Brenda) of Rolling Prairie, IN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
