With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy A. Kwiatkowski of Trail Creek, Indiana, born in Valparaiso, Indiana, who passed away on December 29, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin S. R. and Nora Aileen Vissing (Bluejacket); and her sister Linda Scott. She is survived by: her husband John Kwiatkowski, Sr.; her son John Kwiatkowski, Jr. (Kelly) of La Porte, IN; her grandchildren, Cameron Greene, Kash Kwiatkowski and Cruz Kwiatkowski; and her siblings, Carol, Claudia, Sondra and Randolph K. Vissing of Long Beach, IN.
