She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Wozniak and Marian Wozniak (Wilke); her husband Dennis Breitzka; and her brothers, Charles, Raymond and Richard.

She is survived by: her children, Christine Sydow (Terry), Michael Breitzka (Kelly), Scott Breitzka and Cathy Gonder; her grandchildren, Brandon Sydow (Teresa), Tiffany Sydow (Alex Smyers), Nicholas Breitzka (Jen), Taryn Miller (Hunter) and Hailey Gonder (John Payton); and her siblings, Janet Biggerstaff (Dan), Linda Buda (Mike), David Wozniak (Vicky) and Don Wozniak. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
