He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Chester and Cecelia Therese Toutloff (Gallagher); and his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Peterka (Steven) of Trail Creek, Ann Marie Sandy (William) of Spring, TX, Steven Toutloff of Beaumont, TX and Paul Toutloff of Trail Creek. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
