She is survived by: her spouse Edward Chmielowiec; her daughter Diana Mattaliano (Paul); her grandsons, Matthew Mattaliano of Romeoville and Michael Mattaliano of Romeoville; her siblings, Janet Ohms of Michigan City, Genevieve Lasky of Michigan City, Mary Giannini of Michigan City, Irene Jamrok of Merrillville, Edward Malik and John Malik; and also Trail Creek.
