He is survived by: his spouses, Geraldine Sullivan and Sylvia Sanders; his sons, Kevin Box of Michigan City and Gregory Box of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Joshua Box, Julia Delmont, Jacob Box, Jeff Box, Cindi Hartley and Brian Box; and his great grandchildren, Jessica Box, Kellie Box, Christina Hartley, Katelyn Hartley, Joseph Hartley, Noah Moore, Naomi Moore, Levi Box and Aubriella Aquino.
