He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lorentzen and Almine "Minnie" Lorentzen (Jensen); his brothers, Larry and Eddie Lorentzen; and his son-in-law Joe Ross.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janelle Robinson (Jeff) of La Porte and Julie Ross of La Porte; his grandchildren, Kaylin Isaac (Kevin) of Dyer, Jared Ross of Warsaw, Joseph Ross (Emma) of Indianapolis and Jillian Ross of West Lafayette; his great grandchild Harper Isaac; and his sisters, Lanna Mitchell, Linda Ehrke (John) and Laura Veal (Vernon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be directed to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 818 Franklin St., Michigan City, IN 46360.
