He was predeceased by: his parents, Farris L. Couch and Bonnie Jean Couch (Brewer). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia E. Couch (Creek); his daughter Kimberly Huber (Nathaniel) of Trafalgar; his granddaughter Maya Huber of Trafalgar; and his siblings, Sondra Kay Cline of Franklin, Charles Couch (Catrina) of Nineveh, Anthony Couch of Nineveh and Kevin Couch of Nineveh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Billy's wishes, he will be cremated and memorial donations are encouraged to be sent to the Alzheimer's and Dementia - Greater Indiana Chapter, 50 E. 91st Street Ste 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
