He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Vornholt and Donald Vornholt; and his brothers, Bobby Vornholt and James Vornholt. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Vornholt; his stepdaughter Kennedy Rostenkowski; and his daughters, Nicole Monfort, Danielle Crowe and Erin Barclay.
