He was predeceased by: his parents, Schearrel C. Waltz and Shirley G. Waltz (Richardson). He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Rheta Cook (Herb) of Trafalgar, Margaret Waltz of Trafalgar, Dale of Trafalgar, Herschell of Trafalgar and Dwight Waltz of Trafalgar.
