He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Ray, Evelyn Scott, Sam and Mona Simon; his parents, Dr. William B. Scott of Franklin, IN and Melinda Frazier (Simon) of Morgantown, IN; his sister Shelley Scott Stout (Michael Sr.) of Carmel, IN; his aunts, Sue Swing Grant of Franklin, IN and Clarellen Kelsay (Ronald) of Franklin, IN; his nieces, Katie Stout of Carmel, IN and Meghan Friebel (Chris) of Whitestown, IN; his great-nephews, Bowen and Barrett Friebel of Whitestown, IN; his nephew Michale Stout Jr. (Amanda) of Lincoln; and his great-nieces, Indie and Zuri Stout of Lincoln.
