He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Nunan and Lucille Nunan (Gobel); and his siblings, Kenneth Nunan, Irene Roche, Doris VanHook and Beverly Myers.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Nunan (Todd); his children, Becky Appleton (Mark) of Trafalgar, Matt Nunan (Wynona) of Brownsburg and Doug Nunan (Connie) of Kokomo; and his grandchildren, Bethany Joseph, Seth Nunan, Luke Appleton, Haley Berninger, Christopher Nunan and Taylor Borth.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Habitat for Humanity, 810 Jennison Street, Crawfordsville, Indiana 47933.
