He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Majchrzak (Dottie); his daughter Amy Harvey (Tony); his grandchild Courtney Trickle (Kyle); his children, Pamela Rewers and Mitchell Rewers (Katherine); his grandsons, Ben and Hayden; and his daughter Dr. Darla Rewers (Tomas Dodier).
