He was predeceased by: his father Isaac Justice; and his siblings, James, Earl, Leroy, Forrest, Marion Richhart and Pansy Cullum.

He is survived by: his wife Diana K. Richhart (Ellis). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be sent in honor of Paul to the Nineveh Township Fire Department, "New Building Fund" PO Box 206, Nineveh, IN 46164.
