He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Claude and Bernice Mae Chapman (Baker); his sister Carla Chapman; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Hicks and Tom Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca A. 'Becky' Chapman (Hicks); his son Larry Wayne Chapman (Sondra) of Morgantown; his siblings, Shirley Zupancic (George) of Morgantown, Steven Chapman (Angie) of Morgantown and Rick Chapman (Dorinda) of Morgantown; and his sisters-in-law, Susan Hall (Larry) of Trafalgar, Kathy Wilkinson (Mike) of Trafalgar and Betty Moore (Ronnie Carter) of Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
