He is survived by: his wife Susan Joy Kellams of Trafalgar, Indiana; his children, Jeffrey Kellams II (Kimberly) of Carmel, Adam Kellams of Indianapolis and Molly Kellams of Greenwood, Indiana; his brother Phillip Kellams of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Mya, Kylee, Lylah, Liam and Kayla; and his pet Samson.
