He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Bush and Elsie Chilton (Shields); and his grandson Joseph "Brady" Bush. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Bush (Caudell); his children, Denice Lugar, Debbie Sherfield, Ronald Bush (Coleene), Edward Bush and Sam Bush; and his grandchildren, Corey, Vaughn, Dennis Lugar, Angie Eagan, Greg Sherfield and Jordan Rieskamp. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Brown County Humane Society 128 IN-135 Nashville, IN 47448.
